These terms govern your use of lightscameraready.com and enrollment in any Lights Camera Ready ("LCR") program. By enrolling in a program or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Who We Are

Lights Camera Ready is an acting training business operated by Phil Rice.

Programs

LCR offers Self Paced and Live training programs for actors, described on our programs page. Self Paced programs include lifetime access. Live programs are coached in real time on a set weekly schedule.

Payment

All payments are processed through ThriveCart, a third-party checkout provider. By purchasing a program, you also agree to ThriveCart's Terms of Service for the transaction itself.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any program, Self Paced or Live. If you're unsure which program is right for you, take our program quiz or email us before enrolling.

Live Sessions

Live sessions take place on Saturdays at 3:00 PM EST. If you miss a session, you can make it up the following Saturday. Live sessions are not recorded and are not available for later viewing.

Switching Between Formats

You may upgrade from a Self Paced program to the Live version of the same program at any time. Live enrollments cannot be downgraded or converted to Self Paced.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use LCR programs and materials for your own personal training only. Program materials may not be copied, resold, or shared with anyone who has not enrolled.

No Guarantee of Results

LCR provides acting training and coaching. We do not guarantee any specific career outcome, including but not limited to landing an agent, booking roles, or achieving a certain income.

Changes to Programs

We may update program content, scheduling, or pricing for future enrollments at any time. Changes will not affect programs you've already purchased.

Limitation of Liability

LCR programs and this website are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LCR is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs or this site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
